Sales Tax

Sugar Toes is required by law to charge and collect sales tax on all products delivered to the state of California. All orders shipped outside the state of California are not taxable.

Returns

We want you to love your new flip flops. Please check carefully the size charts. Havaianas sandals run large. To ensure you receive the best size fit please reference the size chart which converts the sizes to inches. We will accept returns or exchanges on new unworn flip flops within 2 weeks of purchase date as shown on receipt included with your shipment.

Cancelled Orders

Sugar Toes has the right to refuse or cancel any order due to a typographical error or for an item that is no longer available or out of stock. If your credit card has been charged and you do not want an alternate style, Sugar Toes will immediately issue a credit to your account.
